CHICAGO – Feb. 19, 2026 –Becknell Industrial, a vertically integrated real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of industrial buildings, recently launched Becknell Industrial Income Trust, Inc.(“BIIT”). Becknell Industrial Income Trust is a private, perpetual life Industrial Income REIT. The fund marks Becknell’s strategic expansion into the retail capital markets, offering accredited investors access to institutional-grade industrial assets.
Becknell has assembled an experienced sales team to raise capital for BIIT through the independent broker dealer, RIA, and family office channels.
Linda Cobelo, in partnership with Alliance160, serves as Becknell’s Director – National Accounts. Ms. Cobelo has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has spent the last 10 years building and maintaining selling groups for prominent alternative investment sponsors.
Richard Ranck serves as Director – Retail Capital Markets for the Eastern Region. Mr. Ranck brings with him over 20 years of financial services industry experience and has raised capital for various alternative asset classes across multiple channels.
Chris McCaffety serves as Director – Retail Capital Markets for the Western Region. Mr. McCaffety brings with him more than 20 years of financial services industry experience and has raised capital for large and small alternative investment sponsors across multiple channels.
Michael Gazsi serves as Associate Director – Retail Capital Markets. Mr. Gazsi has a proven track record of fundraising across multiple alternative asset classes while bringing value to advisor relationships.
